Send requests by WhatsApp
Your customers already message you on WhatsApp? Then ask them there too. Citypicked writes the message with your link, and you send it with one tap from your own WhatsApp. Free.
- Step 1:
Open Requests and choose WhatsApp at the top.
- Step 2:
Enter your customer's name and mobile number, check the permission box and click “Prepare WhatsApp messages”.
- Step 3:
Click “Open in WhatsApp” for each customer. WhatsApp opens with the finished message to that number: on your phone in the app, on a computer in WhatsApp Web or the desktop app.
- Step 4:
Tap send in WhatsApp. Done.
Good to know
- In the list the request first shows “Ready for WhatsApp”, after opening “Opened in WhatsApp”. You can open a waiting message anytime under “Actions”.
- Citypicked can't see whether a WhatsApp message arrived. It counts as delivered once your customer opens the link.
- You change the WhatsApp text under “Edit message”.
- Since you send it yourself, WhatsApp has no automatic reminders.
