Cancel your subscription
Canceling takes one click, no phone call and no form. Here is what happens to your page, your credits and your data afterwards.
- Step 1:
Go to Settings, Plan & credits and click “Cancel plan”.
- Step 2:
Confirm with “Cancel plan”. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period; nothing more is charged after that. You get a confirmation by email.
- Step 3:
Until the last day, one click on “Keep my plan” undoes the cancellation.
What happens afterwards
- Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. We then also turn off automatic top-up.
- Credits don't expire while you have an active plan.
- After your plan ends, your review page stays online for 30 more days.
- Your data stays. If you choose a plan again later, you carry on where you left off.
