Top up credits automatically
Credits run out in the middle of the day and texts stay unsent? With “Top up automatically”, Citypicked buys a pack before that happens.
- Step 1:
Open Settings, Plan & credits and under “More options” the “Top up automatically” section.
- Step 2:
Choose a pack and under “Top up at” the limit: below 20, 50 or 100 credits. Then click “Save”.
How it works
- When your credits drop below the limit, Citypicked buys the pack and charges it to the card on file. This happens at most once in 24 hours and at most 3 times a month.
- If your credits aren't enough for an SMS request, Citypicked tops up before sending, and then the request goes out. The form tells you beforehand.
- Every top-up shows in the history, and you get a confirmation by email. The invoice is under “Payment method and invoices”.
